I just want you to know that I am so very pleased with the final USF Strategic Plan!  It is such a great and thorough presentation of what our Unified SER Family is all about.  It feels so good to finally have a document that reflects the total picture….it’s been in my head for so many decades, and now I can see it!  Everyone can see it!
